- Final packaged weight is slightly less due to trimming and moisture loss during aging

Processing Details (Paid to the processor)
Our beef is processed at a state-certified facility, aged for approximately 14 days, and cut to your specifications.
- Slaughter Fee: $50
- Disposal Fee: $25
- Processing Fee: $0.80/lb hanging weight
- Ground Beef Packaging:
- No extra charge for plastic bags
- +$0.50/lb for hand-wrapped paper
- +$0.80/lb for patties (50 lb minimum, ⅓ lb patties only)
