  • Priced at $3.00/lb hanging weight for returning customers (billed after the locker determines the hanging weight)
  • $3.25/lb hanging weight for new customers (billed after the locker determines the hanging weight)
  • Expected hanging weight: 150-175 lbs for ¼ beef
  • Final packaged weight is slightly less due to trimming and moisture loss during aging
  • Free local delivery

Processing Details (Paid to the processor)

Our beef is processed at a state-certified facility, aged for approximately 14 days, and cut to your specifications.

  • Slaughter Fee: $50
  • Disposal Fee: $25
  • Processing Fee: $0.80/lb hanging weight
  • Ground Beef Packaging:
    • No extra charge for plastic bags
    • +$0.50/lb for hand-wrapped paper
    • +$0.80/lb for patties (50 lb minimum, ⅓ lb patties only)
