Priced at $3.00/lb hanging weight for returning customers (billed after the locker determines the hanging weight)
$3.25/lb hanging weight for new customers (billed after the locker determines the hanging weight)
Expected hanging weight: 150-175 lbs for ¼ beef
Final packaged weight is slightly less due to trimming and moisture loss during aging

Our beef is processed at a state-certified facility, aged for approximately 14 days, and cut to your specifications.

Processing Fee: $0.80/lb hanging weight

No extra charge for plastic bags
+$0.50/lb for hand-wrapped paper
+$0.80/lb for patties (50 lb minimum, ⅓ lb patties only)
